Special Mission: The Center provides an environment conducive to rehabilitation through work programming, pre-release programming/training, and other relevant programs as a means of reintegrating the offender into the community.
Education: Adult Education Program (GED) and WorkKeys certification provided by the Palmetto Unified School District (SCDC).
Health Care: Routine medical care provided on site by Trenton Correction Institution medical staff, with 24-hour emergency care available through local hospital.
Programs: Alcoholics Anonymous (Narcotics Anonymous), religious services, Vocational Rehabilitation services, volunteer services, and Certificate Program for On-the Job Training,Work Program: Job development, placement and financial responsibility.
Community Services: Provides inmate labor crews to the City of Aiken, Aiken County, the Aiken Housing Authority, the City of North Augusta and the City of Williston; provides a correctional officer-supervised litter crew who picks up litter along interstate highways.

“A” Camp
Prior to July 2007, Livesay “A” Camp was known as Livesay Pre-Release Center.

Security: Level 1-A (Male)
Special Mission: The Center provides an environment conducive to rehabilitation through work programming, pre-release programming/training, and other relevant programs as a means of reintegrating the offender back into the community.
Education and Vocational Training: Literacy and GED Preparation.
Health Care: Routine medical care provided at “B” Camp, with 24-hour emergency care available. 
Programs: Religious services, volunteer services, Alcoholics Anonymous, and Narcotics Anonymous.
Satellite Activities: Provides security for Restitution Center opened in 1990, housing 48 males and 16 females located on the premises and operated by the South Carolina Department of Probation Parole and Pardon Services.
Community Services: Provides inmate labor crews to the Spartanburg Housing Authority, the City of Woodruff, and the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism; provides one correctional officer-supervised inmate litter crew who pick up trash along interstate highways. 

“B” Camp

Education: Literacy and GED preparation.
Industries: Recycling textile material for private sector to reduce need for valuable landfill space.
Health Care: Routine medical care provided on site with 24-hour emergency care available
Programs: Religious services, volunteer services, recreational services, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, substance abuse, and Impact of Crime classes.
Community Services: Provides inmate labor crews to Cherokee County, the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, the City of Greer, the City of Spartanburg, and Spartanburg County; provides a correctional officer-supervised inmate litter crew who pick up trash along interstate highways.

Special Mission: In addition to the normal inmate population, Lieber maintains the Death Row for the entire state.

Vocational Training: Carpentry.
Industries: Recycling of tape measures for a private sector company, a tire retreading operation for state government, and a transmission dis-assembly operation.
Health Care: Routine medical and dental care on site with 24-hour medical coverage. Licensed infirmary houses deaf and blind male inmates. Area Mental Health care.
Programs: Religious services, volunteer services, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, alcohol and drug education program, recovery group, Impact of Crime classes, and recreational services. 
Community Services: Provides an Operation Behind Bars program for at risk youth and adults to tour the prison and hear inmates describe what led to their criminal behavior and life inside prison.
Services: Serves as one of the video conferencing sites for parole hearings in conjunction with the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services.

Community Services: Serves as one of the video conferencing sites for parole hearings in conjunction with the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services.
